Dammit, I was going to write about Larry Levis' "Winter Stars" today but this guy beat me to the punch, and wrote it far more powerfully than I would have. My inner egotist protests, "But they're only doing a poem every week, you've got to do something ever day!" Cry to somebody who carries a hanky.
So today's post is a copout - click here to read some awesome intellectual jackass talk about a sweet poem the way I wish I would.
